Automation Agreement

Operated by [operating legal entity — set in admin]. This document is a working template and will be finalised before any live trading opens. It does not yet constitute the final, binding terms.

Last updated: Template — pending legal review

This Agreement governs the automated-trading features of ISP Partners. It applies in addition to our Terms.

How automation works

You define rules and limits. The software generates orders that fit them and submits them to the named broker. You choose whether every order requires your approval or whether the strategy may act within your limits while you are away.

Authorisation & consent

No strategy runs live until you authorise it. Enabling a strategy is your explicit, informed instruction to place orders in line with its configuration.

Pause & stop

You may pause or stop a strategy at any time. Stopping halts new orders immediately; orders already sent to the broker may still execute. Positions you already hold are not automatically closed by stopping.

Outages & failures

If the service is interrupted, strategies may pause. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. On recovery, we do not retroactively place orders that were missed during an outage unless you re-authorise.

Limits are settings

A configured limit is a rule the software attempts to follow. It is not a guarantee about the price you will receive.

By enabling automation you accept this Agreement and the Risk Disclosure.
